Who we are
Welcome to Ben’s Place.
I’m Jeff. Ben’s Place is my home, my dream, my passion.
I rescued my first senior dog in 2019. That experience was so rewarding I was inspired to make my home a sanctuary for dogs like her; the old, the forgotten, the unwanted.
I coordinate with local shelters, and when they have a senior dog that isn’t getting any visitors, that is unlikely to get adopted, I rescue them and bring them home.
Ben’s Place is a 501c3 registered non-profit charity. It doesn’t receive government funding or public assistance. Donations are always welcome and are gratefully received.
Here at Ben’s Place I strive to give them everything they need to live their best lives possible. Each dog lives as a beloved pet/family member. There are no cages, no kennels here. The dogs live together in a pack and have free roam of the house and yard. They receive high quality food, regular veterinary care, and treats galore!
Most of all, though, they are loved.
So very, very loved.
Ben’s Place is named after and dedicated to the love of my life: my forever dog, Ben.
